I remember the times I got hemorrhoids were the times I didn’t drink enough water, eat enough fiber, or was trying to have a baby. In fact, the worst I ever had hemorrhoids was when I was in labor. I wouldn’t doubt that most women who have had hemorrhoids had them when they were trying to deliver a baby. The constant pushing puts so much pressure on those tender tissues that after not too long you have hemorrhoids. With a couple of my pregnacies, at least, I had hemorrhoids bad enough to be quite problemsome.
Fortunately, I only had to use an over-the-counter remedy for a couple of weeks and those tissues were back to normal. I think the other times I experienced hemorrhoids was when I wasn’t eating enough foods with fiber. The constant straining to relieve yourself causes those tissues to become swollen and painful. Drinking water is so important in having enough moisture to be able to eliminate. The more natural you eat the less problem you will have with hemorrhoids.
